The main benefit of an expanded web presence and visibility? More visitors to your web site and more potential customers.

The reality for a business in the Internet age is:

If your customers aren’t finding your business on the Internet, they are finding your competitors.

Having a web site without optimizing it for the search engines is like spending money creating a commercial and then not buying air time to broadcast it.

Our web services are focused on getting more visitors to your web site and helping you expand your presence on the Internet. These services include web presence auditing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Presence Development and Google Places optimization for local businesses. All focused on increasing your targeted web site traffic.

Do any of these items seem familiar?

Web site is not getting enough visitors?

Unsure how much traffic your web site is actually getting or where visitors are coming from?

People aren’t finding you by the most important keywords for your business?

Uncertain where your web pages rank on Google for your most important keywords?

Unsure what your optimal keywords are for generating targeted web traffic?

Wondering if you are using the best hosting company to host your web site?

Uncertain why your local business isn’t visible as a Google Places “Push-Pin” for important your keywords?

Not sure what your most important keywords are or what their importance is?

Wondering what social media strategy you to use for services like Facebook and Twitter?

We Can Help!
We can help answer these and many other questions about your business presence on the Internet. Building on that we will develop and implement a strategy to increase the number of targeted visitors to your web site.

Microsoft’s Windows 7 is a very slick computer operating system. If you are wondering about the benefits of moving to a Windows 7 computer from Windows XP here are several reasons for making the transition. And given the significant benefits of Windows7 over Windows XP I would recommend doing it sooner rather than later.

Age - Windows XP is a 10 year old Operating System. It was originally released in 2001 and is no longer available at the retail level or installed on new computers. Consider the computer you were using 10 years ago. Would you still want to be using that computer hardware today?

Security - Windows 7 is more secure than Windows XP. Improved security was built in to the very core of Windows 7 and includes processes that prevent unwanted or malicious applications from even running without the user’s approval.

Stability - Windows 7 is more stable than Windows XP. After running Windows 7 for over 20 months on several different computers in my lab and working on well over 200 client computers running Windows 7 I have not seen a single occurrence of the dreaded Blue Screen – also commonly known as the Blue Screen of Death or BSOD. Unfortunately, the BSOD occurs more frequently on Windows XP than most people would like.

Performance - Windows 7 provides better performance due to more optimized programming and better use of available memory and hardware.

Ease of Use – Windows 7 is more user-friendly with enhancements that let users do more with fewer clicks.

Ease of Updates – Windows 7 has a “Windows Update” link right on the Start Menu. The Win 7 Update process also provides more information and is more user friendly

Useful Utilities – Windows 7 has more useful utilities than were ever included in Windows XP. These include: SnipIt, Windows DVD Maker, Desktop Gadget Gallery, Windows Media Center and more.

Connecting – Windows 7 is much better at recognizing new devices, new network connections and newer technology making it much easier to stay connected.

Maintenance - Windows 7 is easier to maintain as it performs tasks such as ongoing file defragmentation in the background (no more need to run DEFRAG) and keeps data and programs segmented more effectively. Windows 7 allows for managing and cleaning up Temp Files more easily and provides easier access to system maintenance tasks.

So, if you are feeling frustrated with your computer, are experiencing continuing degradation in performance, are running into ongoing security issues, experiencing reoccurring Blue Screens or some combination of these items, it’s time to make the move to Windows 7. Especially if you use your computer for business or any environment where there is a dollar value on your time.

Have questions? Just give us a call for answers.
